The product displayed on your website/app is misleading. The listing clearly shows a kids' shoe with Velcro straps, but the product delivered has lace closure instead. This is a significant difference, especially since these shoes are intended for children. Most parents specifically choose Velcro shoes because they are easy for kids to wear independently. Delivering a lace-up version instead of the advertised strap version is misleading and amounts to misrepresentation of the product. I request an immediate replacement with the correct Velcro-strap model as shown in the product images, or a full refund. Kindly address this issue promptly.

I ordered this and it's not as shown in this picture. I got a laced one !
