you can wear the shoes with trackpants or with a dress. the are very comfortable it's like walking on a cushion. you are able to keep your balance when walking. I'm 70+ and had knee replacement. I four pairs the pur...shoes because they are so comfortable and easy to put on without struggling. I highly recommend the sneakers to all age groups. The colors are perfect match to my outfits.

Great for recovery
It made with rubber so hard too put it on with socks, but very soft shoe so maybe wear with socks. The shoe is not very breathable too so it can get a bit hot, and definitely size down shoe has a bulgy design but still appealing also it it very wide but no have sizes to if you have a very narrow foot id advise to size one or two down.
