It is a light fast shoe, not a lot of cushion or support. After my second 4 mile run in these shoes I saw an abrasion / tear on the heel - I’m surprised. The shoe did not feel comfortable on the total 8 miles I ran with them. Due to the lack of cushion or support I felt stress in areas of my body I normally don’t feel stress in, especially when running in the Adistar model. I already threw the box out, because it is very rare I have any concern about buying Adidas running shoes, especially putting more than 300 to 400 miles on a pair. This time I was wrong and I bought 2 pair. Lesson learned. Judge for yourself, but keep the box just in case you need to return them.
