Great value shoe very suitable for walking.
Core Black / Cloud White / Solar Slime
Good value all round shoe. Half size bigger is a good idea. Good width fitting. Very Suitable for walking. More serious athlete might need to go up the range a bit. Wears and washes well. Good colour choice too.

getting back into road running after a time away
im 45 so plenty of wear and tear on the body and joints, getting back into a bit of running to try and get fit again I knew equipment is a priority to save any unnecessary injuries etc, im doing between 5 and 10k runs and no issues, great fit, nice amount of stable cushion, no hot spots at these distances,
