Product is not up to the mark. Poor Build quality.
Bad customer service. Asking to pay the difference
I told to provide online replacement. Since last 15 days it’s back and forth mail, going to store just to find out that you need to pay the difference.
It’s frustrating that this simple task consumes your energy and that too this being my 3rd pair of shoe from ultraboost
17k product bought and this type of build / service is unacceptable

Cushioning needs improvement, it now feels flat
Have been using Ultraboost simce it was first launched, it has been a great shoe but now it doesn’t feel as good as other available options, O own Adizero Evo SL too and it is much better, its like development on ultraboost was stopped and it is not getting any better, definitely can be improved! It now feels flat, it is comfortable but not comfortable enough for all day wear!
