Wish I sized up

I bought these for my first cleats because i am starting flag football. However, I based the size off of my sambas size which is an 8W. I should have gone a half size bigger because it fits my foot VERY snug but there is not enough room for my toes and it starts to hurt after a little. Unfortunately, I have to return and there are no sizes available anymore T_T
